ABERYSTWYTH White Ribbon Day supporters can meet on the (Aberystwyth) station at 10pm. We will sing people on to the 10.30 train, collecting money for Welsh Women's Aid. Anyone who wishes can then catch the train. We'll sing a song and greet supporters when the train stops in Borth. Then we'll meet up with the bike ride at Mach Station. Cor Gobaith will sing the ride on its way and people are welcome to read poems, performance pieces etc.

The amazingly talented Kitty O'Blitherin will perform. Aberystwyth folk will then have a paned and a snack (bring flasks, cakes biscuits to share) and sing people on and off the 12.50 train back to Aberystwyth. Anyone left standing can then have lunch together in Aber.

Machynlleth: Meet at the railway station at 11 to greet the folks from Aberystwyth and Borth. Stay for an hour with our own words and songs and then take a one hour easy cycle ride out of Machynlleth to spend time together. Anyone still standing can have lunch together in Mach.
