White Ribbon Day in Winchester

  • St Maurice Covert, High Street Winchester Hampshire SO23 9SN United Kingdom (map)

Winchester Community Safety Partnership (CSP) will once again be supporting White Ribbon Day aimed at eliminating violence against women.

Representatives from numerous partner agencies, including the City Council Community Safety & Neighbourhood Services Team, Winchester Domestic Violence and Abuse Forum and Trinity Women’s Service will be in Winchester City Centre, St Maurice’s Covert from 11am-1pm on the 26th November 2018. As always we will be asking people to support the campaign by wearing a white ribbon.

In the run up to the event, agencies will be making contact with local businesses to ask that they make white ribbons available to their staff on the day. The CSP will also be using social media to put out messages and quotes from survivors and service users about their contact with local services.
