Members of staff from both South Ribble and Chorley Women’s Refuges, will be stood outside Leyland’s Market Hall on Friday 30 November encouraging locals to show their support by drawing around their hand and signing it to pledge ‘my hand is not for hitting’ highlighting White Ribbon campaign to end domestic abuse towards women.
