What's happening this White Ribbon Day?
Organisations and volunteers up and down the country are working hard to plan their awareness-raising activities for the 16 Days of Action between White Ribbon Day on 25th November, and Human Rights Day on 10th December.
If you are putting on an event and haven’t already registered it with White Ribbon UK, go to our events page and submit your event.
Here are some of the events currently planned for this year’s White Ribbon Day:
Safenet will be engaging with men, inviting them to participate and encouraging them to lead conversations to raise awareness of the issue and inspire men to take action by saying no to male violence against women.
This regional conference is designed for agencies, partnerships and businesses. It will support you to be active in addressing domestic abuse to make a real difference in your workplace and communities, creating safer future for all.

This is an event for safeguarding professionals focusing on support for victims of sexual violence available in Lancashire health settings. Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Police and Crime Commissioner's Office will share learning from an ongoing pilot project placing specialist support in a number of hospital settings across Lancashire. The event will explore current provision, referral pathways and future developments.
On Monday 25th November 2019, PHH Solicitors will be opening their doors at both the Cleveleys and Fleetwood offices for their first ever #PHHOpenDoors event.
Between 9am and 5pm, any woman can attend either office without an appointment for free legal advice about domestic abuse. Organisers hope that this event can help as many people as possible.
If you know anyone who would benefit from this event please do share this as far as possible.
Nobody will be turned away.
